James Murphy is an accomplished results driven leader with significant experience in the site services industry, which have been instrumental in both establishing and setting up ProSite Services for long-term growth.

Trent Deyton

Chief Financial Officer

Trent joined ProSite in October 2025 bringing 20 years of financial expertise to our company.  Having served in financial leadership roles with rapidly-growing public, private and private-equity backed businesses, Trent has experience improving financial close and reporting, budgeting processes and cash flow management.

Jennifer Joyce

Director of Integration

Jennifer serves as Director of Integration, leading the strategic alignment of newly acquired companies into the ProSite platform. With a strong sales and operational background in the portable sanitation and site services industry, she focuses on standardizing processes, strengthening systems, and ensuring seamless transitions for employees, customers, and vendor partners.

I’m passionate about building scalable sales organizations, developing people, and creating a culture centered around accountability, consistency, and growth. As Director of Sales at ProSite Services, my focus is on building a unified sales process across our companies while helping drive organic growth, customer retention, and long-term operational excellence.

Caroline Stansfield joined Rent-A-John in 2022 as an Administrator, quickly demonstrating a strong work ethic, organizational skill, and a commitment to supporting operational excellence. Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Caroline brings both local insight and a deep appreciation for the community the company serves.

Cameron Edwards

Operating Partner

Cameron Edwards has been in the portable sanitation industry for more than 25 years, primarily as the owner and operator of Rent-A-John in Wilmington, NC. As an operating partner with ProSite Services, Cameron’s commitment to service excellence and operational expertise will be a cornerstone in advancing the ProSite family of companies to leadership positions in their respective markets.

Cade Edwards

Operating Partner

Cade Edwards joined the Rent-A-John team at age 16, working summer shifts in Wilmington. He gained hands-on experience cleaning units, cleaning the work yard and warehouse, handling pickups and deliveries, and managing trailer setups.

Jennifer Shafer

General Manager

Jennifer started with Parks Portable Toilets in 2001, working in the office and learning the day-to-day operations. In 2003 she became the manager and has continued to play an important role in the company’s success.

Michael Shafer

Operations Manager

Michael joined Parks Portable Toilets in 2004 as a service technician and quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to the company. Through his dedication and experience he advanced into a supervisor role, where he plays an important part in supporting daily operations and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Grant Hesseltine is a dedicated General Manager with 16 years of experience in the portable restroom industry. Known for delivering excellent service, he has built a strong reputation for exceptional service, quality performance, and unwavering customer satisfaction. Grant is committed to providing customers with the best value for their investment, ensuring dependable solutions and a reliable service experience.

Tyler Hesseltine

Assistant Operations Manager

Tyler began with Texas Throne at age 14 working his summers at the Ingleside yard. Prepping ingoing and outgoing units, repairing units, and managing yard inventory. Gradually moving into pick-ups and deliveries, managing shop supplies/inventory, and running his own service route. Tyler learned a great understanding of all aspects of the operational side of the portable sanitation business.
