About Caroline
Caroline Stansfield joined Rent-A-John in 2022 as an Administrator, quickly demonstrating a strong work ethic, organizational skill, and a commitment to supporting operational excellence. Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Caroline brings both local insight and a deep appreciation for the community the company serves.
After graduating from Appalachian State University in 2020, Caroline began building her career in business operations and leadership support. At Rent-A-John, she advanced from Administrator to Executive Assistant and later to Business Development Manager, where she gained valuable experience in strategic growth initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and customer engagement. Following Rent-A-John’s acquisition by ProSite Services, Caroline was promoted in 2025 to HR Generalist for ProSite. In this role, she plays a key part in supporting team members, strengthening company culture, and helping align people strategies with ProSite’s continued growth.
Caroline is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments and contributing to the long-term success of the organization. Her dedication to both people and process makes her an important part of the ProSite team’s future.
