About Dustin

Dustin Hicks serves as Director of Sales for ProSite Services, where he leads the development and execution of sales strategy across a growing portfolio of companies. His focus is on driving organic growth, improving customer retention, building scalable sales systems, and creating a culture centered around accountability, consistency, and long-term success.
Since joining ProSite, Dustin has led the implementation of company-wide sales processes, CRM adoption, recruiting initiatives, and sales accountability programs designed to support sustainable growth across multiple operating companies.
Prior to joining ProSite, Dustin spent years in construction and industrial sales leadership, most recently serving as a District Sales Manager for White Cap. During his tenure, he led sales teams across multiple markets, including Wilmington, Greensboro, and Raleigh, helping drive revenue growth while developing high-performing teams and strong customer relationships. His background spans construction supply, industrial sales, business development, team leadership, and sales operations.
Throughout his career, Dustin has been passionate about building people, creating structure, and implementing repeatable processes that improve lead conversion, customer experience, and overall business performance. His leadership philosophy is rooted in trust, discipline, communication, and a commitment to helping both individuals and organizations reach their full potential. He believes the strongest organizations are built through servant leadership, accountability, continuous improvement, and genuine relationships with employees, customers, and business partners alike.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their children, Ella and Lincoln. Faith, family, fitness, golf, and time on the water are important parts of his life and help keep him grounded both personally and professionally.
